Messier 2012 – March 24
One of the best nights we’ve had for the marathon. At about 3:30am, unfortunately, a fairly stiff North wind and some clouds made the rest of the night go slowly and spotty.
NCKAS was able to nab 60, Outhouse Mobile got 50 and Dead Rising Observatory had a strong night with at least 47 objects… more to come. NMT, who holds our record number of objects at 104, contributed some very nice images of Luke’s favorite select few. A fantastically successful marathon 🙂
